Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyWebsiteCreated.com and the all-inclusive website packages offered by My Website Created ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, requesting a consultation, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

My Website Created builds and manages small business websites. Our packages typically include website design and development, hosting, domain management, security, support, and maintenance in one monthly plan.

Packages include a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. Current options and pricing are listed on our Packages page and may change from time to time.

Hosting, domain management, support, maintenance, and revisions are included only while your monthly package remains active and paid. Features vary by package. The package description at the time of purchase controls what is included.

You agree to provide the content, access, and information we need to design, launch, and maintain your website. Launch timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project and how quickly we receive what we need from you.

You represent that you own or have permission to use the text, images, logos, and other materials you send us, and that using them on your website will not infringe anyone else's rights.

You own your website, your content, and your domain. We handle registration, configuration, and renewals for as long as your package is active.

We retain ownership of our tools, processes, templates, and unused design concepts. Purchasing a package does not transfer those to you.

While your package is active, we provide hosting, security, backups, software updates, troubleshooting, and content revisions. Unlimited content revisions means reasonable updates to the website we built for you — such as copy, images, and similar day-to-day changes.

Unlimited revisions does not include a new website, extra pages beyond your package, custom applications, or work unrelated to the website we host for you. Additional work may be quoted separately.

Packages include on-page SEO as described for that package. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, competition, and how search engines work.

You pay a one-time setup fee when you order, plus a monthly fee that renews automatically while your package remains active. Invoices and payments are handled through our client portal. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and for paying invoices when due.

If you decide within the first 60 days that we aren't the right fit, we'll refund your one-time setup fee and any monthly fees you've paid.

After 60 days, the setup fee is non-refundable. If you cancel later, any refund applies only to the monthly fee for that month.

You may cancel at any time through the client portal or by contacting support. You keep your website and domain. If you cancel, we will help you transfer the website files and domain off our hosting.

Hosting, support, and maintenance end when the paid period ends or when the transfer is complete, whichever comes first. Third-party domain registrar fees are not refunded by us unless we are required to refund them.

You may not use our hosting, email, or other services for illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity, or in a way that harms our systems or other customers. We may suspend or terminate service if you violate this section.

We provide our services on an "as available" basis and will use reasonable effort to keep your website online and maintained. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or other indirect damages, or for issues caused by third-party registrars, payment processors, or other providers we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your package is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
